Ground floor · right side
Right side of the garden, with its own porch onto the dining area. Step out and you're already among the lavender. Pets welcome after a quick chat.
First floor · left side
Up the stairs on the left, with a terrace looking down into the garden. Mornings catch the light first. Stairs only, so not for pets.
The area
Just over a small hill from Novalja, the feel of the place changes. Where Pag is typically rocky and stark, our side is green and quiet.
Families come back year after year. Couples come for the slower pace. There's a local bakery and a convenience store within walking distance.

From the very beginning, the hosts were always helpful and very kind. The house was perfect for a summer vacation. Perhaps the spaces were a bit small (compared to the photos), but it was still tidy, equipped, and in a great location. Near the sea. Quiet area, suitable for people with small children. The outdoor space is not huge but good for summer dinners outdoors. Indoor parking space. A note of merit goes to the hosts, who were really great. We were sad to leave because it was like home. In short, I highly recommend it.
Everything was as the host listed, we found the apartment teja to be very clean and cozy. The host is an amazing person which helped us a lot throughout our stay. 10/10 would recommend to book!

Very nice hosts — they greeted us every day with a smile and were so accommodating with all our questions. The apartment is near the beach, in a quiet part of town. We used the kitchen and terrace a lot for our meals. Everything was in perfect order. Thank you.
A fantastic place for families with kids and sandy beaches. A beautiful apartment with everything you need — for living, for going to the beach, for cooking and eating. The hosts are fantastic. We felt like we were on holiday with family. The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet, and the locals are really friendly. Being close to the beaches is wonderful. Our host Romana is fantastic — so kind, always smiling, and incredibly helpful. We recommend this place with all our hearts. It's truly worth it.
